Finance Transformation Manager – Consulting

About the role

PwC Consulting Indonesia is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to partner with C‑suite executives and finance leaders. You will design and deliver large‑scale finance transformation programmes that modernise finance functions, improve governance and unlock value through digital technologies, data and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects across multiple industries, covering finance strategy, operating model design and process redesign.
• Advise CFOs on target operating models, transformation roadmaps and performance‑management frameworks.
• Assess current finance processes, organisational structures, systems and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future‑state finance operating models, governance structures and technology‑enabled processes.
• Drive initiatives in Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, financial close, consolidation and performance reporting.
• Support ERP and digital finance programmes using platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday and OneStream.
• Identify automation, analytics, AI and emerging‑technology opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Develop business cases, transformation strategies, implementation plans and executive‑level presentations.
• Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance transformation or consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
