Finance Staff

About the role

The Finance Staff will support the finance department by processing invoice payments, handling settlement documents, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role requires daily reporting, reconciliation, and investigation of any discrepancies in the financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Execute payment of invoices and manage related administrative documents.
• Perform transaction reconciliation and verify accuracy of financial reports.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in financial figures.
• Prepare and send daily financial reports.
• Manage cash‑flow monitoring, data collection, validation, processing, and storage.
• Utilize the Coretax system and other IT tools for finance operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance Administration, or related fields (S1/D3/SMA acceptable).
• Strong communication skills, preferably residing in the Jabodetabek area.
• Willingness to be placed according to company needs.

Required skills

• Coretax system (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and investigate financial issues.
• Knowledge of data management and cash‑flow monitoring.
