Finance Accounting Specialist

About the role

Mikalindo Bakti Cemerlang is seeking a Finance Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in West Jakarta. You will be responsible for providing accurate financial information and maintaining comprehensive financial reports. The role works closely with other finance professionals to support reporting and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely financial information for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update financial reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
