Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance Accounting Manager will lead the preparation of financial statements, oversee monthly and annual reporting, and ensure compliance with tax and banking regulations for AJ Bakery & Cake in North Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Supervise and monitor transaction recording in accordance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate audit processes and produce monthly and annual financial reports (tax and bank).
• Calculate, pay, and file monthly and annual tax returns (SPT).
• Communicate with tax authorities and banks.
• Analyze financial planning data and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor and reconcile financial data, including bank reconciliations.
• Control all cash inflows and outflows.

Required profile

• Maximum age 40 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1).
• At least 5 years of experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor or Assistant Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Strong integrity, communication skills, and leadership ability.
• Knowledge of VAT (PPN), Income Tax (PPH), and annual tax filings.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Active proficiency in Mandarin.
