ERP Implementation Staff / Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Staff / Consultant to support our finance and accounting systems. The role involves analysing business processes, configuring ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth integration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Determine ERP needs through consultation, business‑process analysis and observations.
• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Develop and configure customised ERP solutions.
• Write programs and scripts to create user‑friendly interfaces and optimise functionality.
• Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration.
• Run diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues and enhance performance.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support.
• Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and stay updated on ERP developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Specialisation in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is advantageous.
• ERP certification such as SAP ERP Business Process Integration or Oracle SaaS ERP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools and coding languages.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, time‑management and organisational skills.
