Enterprise Technology Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Technology Manager will lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise‑wide technology solutions. Reporting to Corporate IT&IS, you will ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals while meeting strict timelines and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end‑to‑end solution delivery, from architecture to production support.
• Define and enforce architectural standards for services, API integrations, cloud‑native development and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Partner with business owners to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps and product backlogs.
• Lead, mentor and scale a team of software engineers and QA professionals, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and agile practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate scopes and ensure seamless collaboration with external partners.
• Implement rigorous code quality reviews, automated testing frameworks and cybersecurity compliance standards.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration, establishing shared KPIs and communication channels.
• Drive AI‑first research and adoption of AI‑driven development tools, automated code‑review assistants and intelligent workflows.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of progressive IT experience, including software engineering and enterprise systems.
• 4–6 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale technology programs and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
