Electrical Engineer

About the role

Aurecon is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join its Indonesia Built Environment business. You will work on a variety of building and infrastructure projects, delivering design and technical solutions from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce designs, documentation, proposals and specifications, and perform calculations and analysis for projects of reasonable complexity.
• Plan and manage resources for small projects or portions of larger projects, including feasibility studies, concept design and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with drafters, conduct design reviews and assist in preparing fee proposals, tenders and specifications.
• Complete analysis and design of ELV, LV, MV and HV power systems, lighting, lightning protection, earthing and communications services.
• Carry out site investigations and audits, and collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building electrical design and commissioning of M&E systems in commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience in data centre or telecommunications projects is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management and client‑facing consulting skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa with strong commercial, analytical and technical abilities.
