Donor Intelligence and Metric Executive

About the role

The Donor Intelligence and Metric Executive will lead research and analysis of sponsor and donor behavior to strengthen engagement, increase retention, and support revenue growth for Wahana Visi Indonesia’s child sponsorship and private programs.

Key responsibilities

• Research existing sponsor/donor and market insights, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve service quality and engagement.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards tracking donation trends, giving patterns, and donor interactions.
• Analyze competitor data to identify opportunities for added value and market advantage.
• Support the Head of Donor Engagement in strategy development, retention initiatives, and payment‑rate improvement.
• Prepare analytical reports, impact statements, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct capacity‑building activities, including mandatory WV trainings and external workshops on research and data analysis.
• Submit quarterly research plans and monthly monitoring reports to ensure accountability and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in donor or market research.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for program improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple analytical projects simultaneously.
