About the role
The Digital Transformation Specialist will lead and sustain digital initiatives within Prodia, ensuring projects deliver value and become embedded across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ongoing digital projects and ensure their long‑term sustainability.
- Provide training and socialisation for upcoming digital initiatives.
- Develop programmes to foster a digital mindset among project stakeholders.
- Integrate all digital projects from planning through evaluation.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation process of digital projects.
- Conduct needs analysis and define business requirements.
- Design appropriate digital solutions based on identified requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and delivering digital projects.
- Strong analytical, innovative, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative attitude with solid management capabilities.
