Digital Performance and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Performance and Marketing Executive will drive Wahana Visi Indonesia’s digital acquisition efforts, creating and managing campaigns across email, WhatsApp and paid advertising channels. You will work closely with the BIC team to generate new leads, nurture relationships and support the organization’s transformational development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on paid ads.
• Create email and WhatsApp marketing plans based on audience profiles.
• Design and implement marketing automation workflows.
• Build and maintain email databases for lead generation.
• Manage digital leads across all channels, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Proofread and optimise email content for clarity, grammar and mobile‑friendly design.
• Generate weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with RDC units and other departments to ensure smooth operation of websites and applications.
• Support emergency response communications when required.
• Submit monthly progress reports and contribute to team spirit.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
• Attention to detail for proofreading and template design.
• Ability to produce clear, regular reports.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple units and support emergency initiatives.
