Data Analyst Officer

About the role

The Data Analyst Officer will support multiple divisions—including Sales, Business, Marketing, Editorial, and HR—by turning raw data into actionable insights and visual dashboards. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and collaboration to improve performance metrics and drive data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process and analyze data from various sources and develop monitoring dashboards for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Business & Marketing to improve CTR and design customer engagement strategies using behavior analysis.
• Work with the Editorial team to boost page views and session duration through content performance evaluation and time‑series analysis.
• Support Sales by segmenting customers and identifying revenue opportunities with Google Analytics 4.
• Define long‑term data architecture strategies and design cloud‑based big‑data platforms.
• Automate end‑to‑end data pipelines to feed machine‑learning models and internal visualization tools.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to generate reports for stakeholders and enhance product/content performance.
• Promote best practices in data engineering and analytics for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or analytics with a proven record of delivering large‑scale data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong background in data modeling, data access, and storage strategy design.

• NoSQL and big‑data technologies: DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Hive.
• Distributed processing frameworks: Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka Streams.
