Curriculum Developer – 21st Century Skills & EdTech

About the role

Genstarkids is looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer to create engaging, technology‑enhanced learning experiences for children aged 4‑12. You will join the Academic Development team and help shape interdisciplinary, project‑based modules that blend STEM, coding, design thinking and digital literacy.

Key responsibilities

• Design age‑appropriate curriculum units that embed 21st‑century competencies and align with Genstarkids educational standards.
• Create interdisciplinary projects such as coding basics, robotics, digital storytelling and AI exploration, complete with lesson plans, multimedia resources and LMS‑ready content.
• Lead internal workshops to train teachers on technology integration, computational thinking and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with LMS and training teams to organise digital assets, evaluate new EdTech tools and pilot innovative solutions.
• Continuously refine curriculum based on feedback, research and emerging educational technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, STEM Education or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience designing EdTech curricula for children aged 4‑12.
• Strong understanding of project‑based learning, design thinking and STEAM integration.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and children’s coding or creative software.
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset and ability to translate complex tech concepts into child‑friendly activities.
