About the role

Lead the technical side of sales and engineering for a fast‑moving AI‑agent platform in Indonesia. You will shape the product for local markets while building a high‑performing team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Join early‑stage sales conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
• Act as a hands‑on engineering lead: ship code, build integrations, and set quality standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a technical team across engineering, integration, and pre‑sales.
• Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment and ensure production accuracy.
• Gather feedback, localise the product, and represent regional needs to the global product team.
• Serve as the local technical point of contact, building partnerships and handling escalations.

Required profile

• 7–8+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Proven track record in pre‑sales, solution architecture, or complex technical implementations.
• Customer‑facing background such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer.
• Strong leadership DNA, ideally at Director, VP, or Founder level.
• Excellent English plus fluency in at least one local language.
• Comfortable operating independently in a zero‑to‑one environment.
