Credit Analyst – Surabaya

About the role

Hino Finance Indonesia is seeking a motivated Credit Analyst to join its team in Surabaya. You will play a key part in evaluating lease applications, ensuring the accuracy of customer data, and supporting the company’s credit decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data for lease proposals, applying the five C's of credit.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Calculate and interpret financial ratios to assess creditworthiness.
• Recommend appropriate terms and conditions for each lease application.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
