Country Manager

About the role

As a Country Manager for Nutreco, you will lead the promotion and sale of our animal nutrition and aquafeed products across Indonesia, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain major account relationships, achieving personal sales targets across the full product line.
• Organise customised customer seminars and coordinate targeted marketing activities.
• Identify customer needs, match them with Nutreco solutions, and close deals.
• Align internal stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies for national and global accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activity and formulate appropriate response strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management within the animal nutrition or related sector.
• Ability to uncover customer requirements and link them to relevant solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills at all organisational levels.
• Proactive in coordinating internal teams to deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
• Experience in organising seminars, events, or targeted marketing initiatives.
