Corporate Planning Analyst

About the role

The Corporate Planning Analyst will support Asuransi Astra’s headquarters by ensuring that business strategies are translated into actionable plans and monitored for performance. Working closely with all business units, the analyst gathers data, aligns initiatives with management goals, and helps drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from each business unit to provide a comprehensive view of company performance.
• Verify that management strategies are consistently reflected in unit‑level plans.
• Prepare accurate reports and analyses for senior management review.
• Facilitate monthly review meetings with business units to assess progress against targets.
• Monitor implementation of planned activities and recommend corrective actions to achieve optimal results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Ability to analyse data from multiple business units and generate meaningful insights.
• At least one year of relevant experience; exceptional fresh graduates or exchange students may also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
