Corporate Finance Governance

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Governance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial planning and investment governance for Simbadda Group’s retail, distribution, manufacturing and digital channels in North Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes, monitoring budget utilization and aligning with business strategy.
• Evaluate capital‑expenditure proposals, conduct ROI, payback period and feasibility analyses for new stores, warehouses, product launches and strategic investments.
• Support strategic business expansion across retail, distributor, manufacturing and digital channels by analysing profitability, funding needs and operational scalability.
• Monitor profitability by product, channel, branch and business unit, performing margin analysis, cost‑optimization reviews and performance benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies and approval structures for spending, procurement and investment decisions.
• Manage approval workflows and governance controls for major financial commitments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare strategic financial reports for the Managing Director, Board and executive leadership, including investment summaries and risk analyses.
• Develop and review finance‑related policies, SOPs and governance frameworks to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Experience conducting ROI and payback analyses for CAPEX projects.
• Strong analytical background in profitability and performance analysis.
• Capability to develop and maintain delegation of authority and approval matrix policies.
• Experience preparing strategic financial reports for senior management and board committees.
