Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Content Manager to shape and execute our content strategy. You will drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital channels while ensuring consistency with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand growth and audience engagement.
• Plan, create, and maintain content calendars for social media, LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Identify audience insights, market trends, and new content opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and high‑quality messaging across all content assets.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Lead and coordinate content creators, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners.
• Track performance using analytics and continuously optimize content based on data‑driven insights.
• Improve production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
