Commercial Business Partner / Chief of Staff – Consulting (Manager/Senior Manager)

About the role

PWC Indonesia is looking for an experienced Commercial Business Partner / Chief of Staff to support the Consulting Leadership Team. The role blends strategic advisory, operational oversight, and cross‑functional coordination to drive growth and efficiency across the Consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Consulting leadership, helping shape and monitor strategic priorities.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, track actions, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for decision‑making.
• Support annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple Go‑to‑Market teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting or business partnership roles, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of strategy execution, operations management, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
