Clinical Informatics Developer

About the role

The Clinical Informatics Developer will bridge information technology and clinical practice, ensuring that electronic health record (EHR) solutions support evidence‑based care and efficient patient information access. Working closely with clinical leaders, physicians, and digital health managers, you will help drive the company’s digital health strategy and improve the adoption of integrated health tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CIO and Digital Health Manager in planning and prioritising initiatives that align with the organisation’s digital health roadmap.
• Provide day‑to‑day oversight of Clinical Informatics projects, identifying and removing delivery impediments.
• Support clinicians and nursing staff in incorporating advances in clinical informatics into everyday practice.
• Guide the design, development, implementation and evaluation of EHR and related health information systems.
• Enable clinical data analytics and business intelligence by ensuring systems facilitate reporting and analysis.
• Develop and deliver training programmes that meet the learning needs of system end‑users.

Required profile

• Regulated health professional in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between clinical data, analytics and practice evolution.
• Experience supporting providers, nursing and clinical teams in the use of digital health tools.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive digital transformation.
