Business/System Analyst – ERP, HIS & EMR

About the role

The Business/System Analyst will bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology by translating business needs into functional specifications for Health Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure systems support clinical workflows, financial processes, and overall organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for HIS, EMR, and ERP systems.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Convert business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the IT team.
• Collaborate with developers during system implementation, customization, and testing.
• Provide training, support, and documentation to end‑users to facilitate adoption.
• Analyze system data, create visual reports, and deliver insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience (≈2 years) in business analysis within healthcare or enterprise environments.
