Business Development Supervisor – Animal Food

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor to lead our animal food sales activities in Tangerang. The role focuses on building and maintaining B2B relationships, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth for our animal nutrition products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand market presence and achieve sales growth.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and on time.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to uncover opportunities.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to maximize conversion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates while meeting assigned targets independently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in general trading or animal food.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tangerang, Banten.
