Business Development Representative – Jakarta

About the role

Mamikos is looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to join its Jakarta team. You will be responsible for expanding our property portfolio by identifying and acquiring new rooms for our platform, while ensuring strong relationships with property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential property owners for acquisition.
• Conduct cold calls and present Mamikos products to owners.
• Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements with the support of the legal team.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with kos owners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor acquired rooms to meet revenue targets and provide regular, standard‑compliant reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in hospitality, real‑estate or a startup environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales, account management and achieving targets.
