Business Development (PSIM)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development professional to lead our merchandise strategy within the PSIM division. The role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing brand value and expanding market presence across retail, e‑commerce and match‑day channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise business strategies to increase sales and brand equity.
• Manage product development from market research and concept creation through production and launch.
• Oversee multiple sales channels, including physical stores, online platforms and event‑day operations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with brands, vendors and sponsors.
• Plan and run promotional campaigns, product launches and collaborative initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing or Project Coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management or related field.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta.
