Business Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team. This role will help expand our client network, establish strategic partnerships, and support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities for the company's products or services.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support negotiation processes and develop partnership proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to execute business development strategies.
• Achieve established targets and KPIs for business development.
• Report business progress regularly to superiors.

Required profile

• Energetic and proactive attitude.
• Ability to expand client network and establish strategic partnerships.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Business or Management).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (fresh graduates welcome).
