Business Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help expand PT ARC Teknologi’s client base and forge strategic partnerships. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company’s services.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform business strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Support negotiation processes and prepare partnership proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales and other internal teams to execute development initiatives.
• Achieve defined targets and KPIs for business development.
• Report progress regularly to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Management or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales or partnership roles (fresh graduates are also considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, creative and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (preferred).
