Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions at the Board level. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, monitor initiative outcomes, and keep the company ahead of beauty‑industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present data‑driven insights directly to the Board of Directors.
• Assess external market dynamics and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor the impact of approved initiatives and track performance against targets.
• Utilise advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract valuable insights.
• Perform process mapping and data analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest optimisation strategies.
• Stay updated on beauty‑industry developments and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Growth, Strategy or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering insights from large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the beauty industry, FMCG or e‑commerce is preferred.
