Brand & Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Creative Strategist to shape and amplify our brand presence in the beauty and skincare market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling brand narratives that drive growth and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activation initiatives.
• Translate brand positioning into creative concepts, messaging, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with social media, marketing, sales, KOLs, and creators to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future strategies.
• Maintain consistency with brand voice, values, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or FMCG is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and campaign development.
• Ability to turn ideas into clear strategies and actionable plans.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
