About the role

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Kids Malang Dieng Plus location. The role involves coordinating branch operations, driving student acquisition, and managing financial performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of one or multiple branches in the assigned region.
  • Lead branch-level initiatives such as events, promotions, and marketing activities to increase student engagement and enrollment.
  • Manage branch Profit & Loss performance by assessing market conditions and implementing revenue‑optimizing strategies.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end customer experience to ensure service quality, satisfaction, and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development, or business operations.
  • Experience in early childhood education, kids‑focused businesses, education, or start‑up environments is a plus.
  • Strong people‑management skills with a track record of leading teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
