Backend Developer Node.js

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer specialized in Node.js to design, develop and maintain high‑performance web applications for our banking client in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance back‑end services using Node.js, ensuring scalability, reliability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with front‑end and QA teams to build new modules and improve existing systems.
• Analyse user requirements, produce detailed design documentation and implement RESTful API integrations.
• Maintain code quality, performance, security and responsiveness of applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise application performance.
• Write unit tests for models, services and related components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Experience working on‑site at a client location (banking) in South Jakarta.
• Available to join as soon as possible.
