Audit & Compliance Officer

About the role

The Audit & Compliance Officer will ensure that KG Media’s operations follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. This role supports continuous improvement by updating SOPs, conducting internal audits, and providing accurate audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor adherence to SOPs across relevant departments.
• Periodically update SOPs based on joint reviews with Process Owners and audit findings.
• Conduct internal audits according to the Audit Plan or specific management requests.
• Perform physical inventory and cash counts as required, and prepare official Stock Audit Reports.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigation actions, and safeguard company assets.

Required profile

• Maximum age of 28 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia skills for clear reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• MS Visio expertise for process mapping and flowcharting.
