Assurance Manager – Capital Market & Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

PwC is seeking an Assurance Manager to join its Capital Market & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team in Jakarta. You will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital‑markets topics, helping clients navigate complex deals and transformational events.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex accounting and financial reporting issues related to public and private transactions.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
• Partner with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and uphold PwC’s professional standards and code of conduct.
