Assurance Associate – Young Talent Program FY27

About the role

PwC Indonesia is launching a Young Talent Program for the FY27 intake, targeting recent accounting graduates who will start as Assurance Associates. In this role you will work on external audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, from fast‑growing startups to large multinational corporations. You will apply the latest audit technology to streamline testing and focus on high‑value areas of client service. The program aims to develop your technical expertise and professional judgment while contributing to reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assurance services and business advice to a wide range of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leverage advanced audit tools and data analytics to reduce manual testing and enhance audit efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to assess risk, design audit procedures, and document findings.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and communicate results to client management.

Required profile

• Final‑year Accounting major, expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Available to join PwC in May 2026.
