Associate / Senior Associate - Deals Advisory - Corporate Finance

About the role

PwC’s Deals Advisory team in Jakarta is looking for motivated Associates and Senior Associates to support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. You will work closely with senior staff to deliver strategic financial advice and help optimise capital structures.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and perform valuation modelling for client transactions.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews and assess transaction risks.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, presentations and client reports.
• Support senior team members in developing strategic recommendations for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
• Strong academic record (GPA > 3.0 or equivalent honours).
• For Senior Associate level: minimum two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or a related field.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
