Associate / Senior Associate - Capital Projects & Infrastructure

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Capital Projects & Infrastructure Financial Advisory team. You will work with state‑owned enterprises, government agencies, multinationals and local companies on large‑scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as power, water, toll roads, ports, airports and railways.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to financing and transaction structuring.
• Prepare and review financial models, project finance documentation and PPP proposals.
• Conduct economic, policy and market analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring related to capital projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, economists and legal advisors.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment and deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
