Associate / Senior Associate – Capital Project Services

About the role

Join PwC Indonesia’s Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice, helping clients plan, finance, and deliver large‑scale infrastructure projects across sectors such as power, water, toll roads, ports, airports and railways.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from feasibility and financing to delivery and management.
• Analyse data, prepare financial models and assist in contract review and public‑private partnership structuring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide constructive feedback and uphold risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• For senior associates, delegate tasks, mentor junior staff and ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (civil, environmental, mechanical, transport) – a master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant experience in project financing, contract review or public‑private partnership projects.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
