Associate – Deals Advisory – Transaction Services

About the role

PwC’s Deals Advisory team in Jakarta is looking for an Associate to join the Transaction Services practice. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring by delivering financial due‑diligence insights that help them maximise value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct buy‑side and sell‑side due‑diligence, analysing financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions.
• Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide evidence‑based feedback and constructive suggestions for process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.
• Follow risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technical developments relevant to transaction services.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Academic performance of GPA > 3.0/4.0 or Second Class Upper.
