Associate – Corporate Valuation Advisory (Advisory Deals)

About the role

PwC’s Deals team in Jakarta is looking for an Associate to join the Corporate Valuation Advisory practice. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other complex transactions by providing rigorous valuation analysis and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A, divestiture and restructuring engagements.
• Validate data and calculations for accuracy, relevance and compliance with risk‑management procedures.
• Prepare clear, concise written reports and presentations for senior advisors and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate valuation outcomes into broader deal strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical ability with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
