Associate - Advisory Deals - Deals Strategy and Operations

About the role

Join PwC Indonesia’s Deals Strategy and Operations practice as an Associate. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver strategic solutions that create value for both PwC and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to enhance strategic capacity and support client engagements.
• Analyze data and information to provide insights for mergers, integrations, spin‑offs, and divestiture transactions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with risk management and firm ethics standards.
• Build and nurture internal and external networks to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in consulting or strategy is a plus.
• General understanding of merger, integration, spin‑off, or divestiture processes.
