Associate 2 – Assurance Service Delivery Centre

About the role

PwC Indonesia is looking for an Associate 2 to join its Assurance Service Delivery Centre (SDC) in Jakarta. The SDC supports audit engagements by delivering standardized, high‑quality assurance services under the guidance of the engagement team. This role is ideal for recent accounting graduates who want to develop audit skills in a collaborative, globally‑recognised firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to assurance teams by delivering services and outputs according to the SDC User Guide.
• Coordinate regularly with audit engagement teams to understand timelines, discuss issues and manage client expectations.
• Manage time and project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain a positive working environment and build solid relationships with colleagues.
• Demonstrate proactiveness in self‑development and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑changing, high‑pace environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Understanding of Auditing methodologies and compliance auditing.
• Experience with data analysis, data ingestion, data modeling and data quality concepts.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms.
