Associate 2 – Assurance – Capital Market & Accounting Advisory

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking an Associate 2 to join its Capital Market & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team. You will work on complex financial reporting matters linked to high‑profile deals and transformational events, providing analytical solutions for clients across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve intricate financial reporting issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs and other transactions.
• Research financial risks, produce forecast analyses and develop economic models to support client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior management, bankers, lawyers and other advisers to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, GAAP reports and accounting policies for capital‑market transactions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey business impacts without excessive technical jargon.
