Assessment Center Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Center Lead to manage the full lifecycle of our assessment processes in Jakarta. The role combines project management, design of assessment tools, and data-driven reporting to support strategic HR decisions. A strong interest in technology and AI applications within assessment is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end assessment center activities, from scheduling to final reporting.
• Design and implement assessment tools, methodologies, and digital solutions.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assessment programs on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze assessment data and produce actionable, strategic reports for leadership.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven technologies to enhance assessment efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Professional Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an assessment center environment.
• Strong understanding of assessment center methodologies and best practices.
• Certified Assessment Center Assessor (SSP, SIPP) preferred.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI developments in HR.
