Air Freight Professional Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Professional Sales leader to drive growth of our air freight and customs clearance services. You will promote our solutions, acquire new customers and ensure high‑level service delivery across the Bekasi region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Analyse client needs, prepare customised proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and design tailored solutions with the operations team.
• Coordinate with operations to guarantee on‑time delivery and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in professional sales or sales operations within the air freight segment.
• In‑depth knowledge of export and import regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, achieve area targets and analyse market trends.
• Target‑oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Age between 35 and 47 years.
