After Sales Management Supervisor

About the role
The After Sales Management Supervisor will oversee post‑sale activities for our logistics customers in Bekasi. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth shipment monitoring, timely invoicing, and strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Submit new customer legal documents into the Pantos system.
- Monitor shipments from booking to delivery for existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and pricing teams to provide buying rates and selling rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on customer activities.
- Track overdue payments and follow up until settled.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any major) or D3.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in after‑sales or sales support within a logistics or freight forwarding company.
- Familiarity with EXIM processes and Incoterms.
- Strong proficiency in English.
