Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager

About the role

The Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new affiliate partners, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to promote our products and services. This role combines training, process optimisation, and performance monitoring to drive early affiliate success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding journey for new affiliates, from initial contact to active promotion.
• Develop and continuously improve onboarding assets such as presentations, video tutorials, and FAQs.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure affiliates understand the program.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
• Design and execute an activation strategy that encourages affiliates to become productive quickly.
• Track and analyse new affiliate performance, offering insights and motivation to meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to create incentive programmes and communication plans.
• Produce regular reports on onboarding and activation metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and digital marketing tools.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Refersion, or Rakuten.
