Affiliate Onboarding Activation Expert

About the role

The Affiliate Onboarding Activation Expert will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for new affiliates, ensuring they become productive promoters of our products and services as quickly as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding cycle from registration to activation, creating and maintaining guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
• Deliver training, consultation, and ongoing support to affiliates on marketing tools and strategies.
• Design and implement activation campaigns that accelerate affiliate activity and early‑stage performance.
• Analyse affiliate performance data, identify bottlenecks, and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to develop incentive programs and boost engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or customer onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Solution‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Refersion.
