Administrative Staff – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Administrative Staff member to support our finance and accounting functions at our poultry processing plant in West Jakarta. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post accounting journal entries.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and tax records.
• Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data for reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High School (SMU/SMK); preferred background in Taxation, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Residency in Jakarta Barat or surrounding areas.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of accounting journal processes.
