About the role

The Account Receivable position is responsible for managing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely billing, and following up on payments. The role works closely with internal departments to maintain accurate billing data and produce regular AR reports.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor the company’s accounts receivable ledger.
Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to verify billing information.
Prepare regular AR reports and aging schedules.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all billing activities.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Professional integrity and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Holding Brevet or other relevant certificates is advantageous.
