Account Officer – Surabaya

About the role

The Account Officer will join Hino Finance Indonesia’s Surabaya branch to manage daily account activities and support the company’s financial services operations. This full‑time position focuses on building strong relationships with existing and potential debtors while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor daily account records and transactions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective debtors.
• Provide responsive customer service and address client inquiries.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a financial‑services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong motivation to build and sustain relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prepare reports in English.
