Account Officer – Customer Relationship & Account Management

About the role
This full‑time position is based in Bandung and focuses on managing daily accounts for Hino Finance Indonesia. The Account Officer will build and maintain relationships with existing and potential debtors while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily account activities and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Develop and nurture relationships with debtors and prospective clients.
- Provide responsive customer service and address client inquiries.
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports in English on account performance.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong eagerness to build relationships and solve problems.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
